Sometimes. Depends on the job. My current one has two different shifts, day and night. Nights you work from 5pm-1am any day of the week they say which may or may not include weekends. Days (which I'm currently on) is 9-5 Mon-Fri. You can volunteer hours if they need you and work up to 44 hrs but they get annoyed if you do more than that. I worked an extra 6 hrs as they were offering a bonus $2/hr and they dropped my shift on Wednesday due to that.

worked yesterday, covering for someone right now while I'm posting this, at work

Yup, weekends are very busy for me but I always have Sunday to chill

Sometimes I teach on the weekends. Most of the time I just go work in the lab on my own time, though. I don't get paid for that time, but I do still consider it "work."

I only work Saturday mornings. I'll occasionally work Saturday night, Sunday morning/night if needed.

I've always worked weekends, currently my only day off is Wednesday, but, I also only work mornings, so, the rest of my day is pretty open

I work at a film production company in LA, and currently I'm working the weekends. I get Mondays and Tuesdays off though.

I don't mind it for two reasons: Because they need people to be onsite (just in case the producers need help), they need Production Assistants to be at the office. But in most cases (like now) it's just me on Facebook and surfing the web. It's easy. Secondly, with Mons/Tues being my free days, it often feels like a four day weekend!

I work from home, but it always seems I'm working on something, whether it be client work, side project, or online class. I'm such a workaholic nerd. :csad:

For whatever it's worth,

You're awesome :-)

Only Saturdays, but honestly Saturdays are boring even when I'm not at work.

I work at a movie theater, weekends are where most of my hours come from this time of year.

Nah…. I say it counts. :o
I'm talking about paid work, not school. If I counted school (class time, study time, homework, etc..) plus work I'd be at like 80 hours a week

My thread btw, my specifications. Just counting for actual work you bum :D

I work every other Saturday but I get every Sunday off, b****!
