well, here is the higly anticipated Fan Fic of Doctor Who, feedback hoped for.

Prologue

As the TARDIS came into view a woman cringed in a corner of the parking lot. As the door of it opened she began to cringe even more, she wanted to scream, but couldn't.

A man steped out and approched her,"Are you..."the man searched his mind for a moment,"are you Alex Woods?"

".....yes...." she replied with hesitation

"Right, good. I'm the Doctor, come with me!" he grabed her by the wrist and draged he in to the TARDIS.

"What the hell....."Alex questioned

"it's the TARDIS, it's alien, i'm alien, now be quiet, i've got work to do." with that he started jumping around the TARDIS pressing buttons.

"well what do you want with me?"

"well in about..."he looked at his watch,"twelve seconds, some one would tell you something which would start a chain of events that could destroy this planet, so...nothing much."

"okaaayyy..."

".. but, unfortuently, you can't go back, because you'll still start the chain and destroy the world."

"what!!! you mean i'll never see anyone i know again?!!"

"yeh, basicly, poor you!" the Doctor proceded to push more buttons and then there was a shaking sensation inside the TARDIS.

A passer by droped their shoping and broke several eggs in the prosess, after a 1930's police public call box vanished in front of them.

Episode two

The Return.......of the Master.

Inside the TAEDIS was huge. Alex had never really noticed how huge it was until now. She had been with the Doctor for a while and had never really had a proper look round. Now this was her down fall, as, at this moment, she was lost.
“Jesus,” she thought, “only I could get lost in a phone box!”
As she stumbled around she leaned against a door for support. It opened and she fell through. “What the hell…..” she thought, as she fell into a large church like room. She looked around, she saw noting of interest, but she did notice a giant ball type thing in the middle of the room.

“NO!!! No, no, no, no, no, no, NO!!!” the Doctor shouted, “not now, not now!!” he continued as he pushed buttons and pulled leavers and tugged things. As he tugged on something it snapped off, “….that can’t be good” he said aloud.
Just then the TARDIS shook and alarms started to go off. The Doctor looked at one of the screens around the central column of the control room, as he did his face filled with a look of excitement, then, very quickly it turned to horror when he realised what could happen.
The screen showed a giant electrical storm brewing. The doctor know that if the TARDIS got hit with enough electrical energy then it would shut down, then restart it’s self. All this would open the Eye of Harmony, that imprisoned The Master.
The TADIS shot into the storm, even though the Doctor had done everything he could to stop it. The TARDIS then got hit several times by massive amounts of electrical energy. This in turn, went trough the TARDIS and reset the controls.
“DAMN!” the Doctor shouted, “Alex!! Get here right now!!! I could use some help,” he muttered under his breath.

Alex, still in the church looking place, heard an eco of the Doctor voice and started to run towards where she thought it was coming from. However, as she ran for the door she was knocked unconscious by some of the electrical energy, this then passed on the giant ball in the middle of the room that had puzzled Alex and it started to open. It was the Eye of Harmony, where out of it came a man in red and black robes. He looked around, then struggled for bit and threw up a greyish glob thing, this proceeded to move towards Alex as the man fell to the ground. It forced it’s self down Alex’s throat. She then got up and waked slowly to the control room of the TARDIS.

“Ah, Alex there you are. Look, take this,” the Doctor handed her a disc, “and insert it in there,” he pointed to a terminal near the door, “then, when I say so, press the button next to it. Go that?” he looked up with a stupid grin, only to be treated with a blank stare from Alex. “Fine, I’ll do it my self,” he said, then took the disc across. He turned around and said, “you do know this is….” He trailed off as Alex picked up an old energy weapon the Doctor had gotten from the Galaxian, when he was there, that he had removed from his box of tools to find something to help fox the TARDIS.
Alex slowly looked the weapon up and down then grinned, “you know Doctor,” she began, “I never thought of it ending like this,” she pointed the weapon at him, “Oh, by the way, it’s the Master here!” Alex then burst out in an evil laugh and pulled the trigger of the weapon. The Doctor had a look of fear cover his face, then he was hit and flew backwards into the side of the TARDIS, taking some wires from the central column with him. Alex then started to take the TARDIS’ central column apart as the Doctor groaned to the right of her. She had destroyed most of one of the panels before the Doctor had passed out.

The Return Of The Master Part Two

As the Doctor awoke he realised that he had been dragged into one of the rooms of the TARDIS, and, as he regained his consciousness, ran to the door, but it was locked. He felt his jacket and then his trouser packets, but the Master had taken the Sonic Screwdriver.
The Doctor looked around the room to see what he had been left with; a desk, a computer monitor, and what seamed to be his book collection. He figure the Master had left him those so that he’d have something to do to keep him occupied, while he destroyed(?) the TARDIS.

In the main control centre, the Master wasn’t, as the Doctor had seen him, destroying the TARDIS, but was, in fact, reassembling it into something that the Doctor could never imagine.
“Damn these hands!!” he screamed, as he was shocked, “so useless, but I need them. For now, at least” he then looked around, picked up the Doctors Sonic Screwdriver flicked the switch a few times, pointed it where he was working and then through it away, across the other end of the room.

The Doctor was busy looking for a way out of the room he was trapped in. He looked at the walls, pressed his ear to one and ran his left had across it, tapping to try and find a breakable part. This was useless. He then tried the other walls, but they to were useless. He then went and sat back down on the floor, opened a book, and found his old screwdriver.
“Fantastic!!!” he shouted, and started to unscrew the door of the room. As it fell to off it’s hinges to the floor, it made a loud noise, but the Doctor knew that from where he was and, presumably, where the Master was, that it was unheard in the control room. He then collected his things, the screwdriver, odd bits of wires and his jacket, and left, think how he was going to stop what ever it was the Master was doing to the TARDIS.

The Master was rummaging trough some boxes with wires and bits of circuit boards looking for something, the Doctor appeared.
“Leave her alone,” he instructed.
The Master spun round knocking over the box as he did so. “How did you get out?” he questioned.
“Ah,” said the Doctor with a smile on face, “don’t need a sonic screwdriver to unscrew a door hinge,” he said as he held up the screwdriver. His face then changed into a look of anger. “Now, let her go,” he said, “She’s done nothing to you. It’s me your after.”
The Master seamed to smirk at this comment.
“Or is it?” the Doctor said, his voice lowering to a whisper by the end of the sentence. He took in to mind what he had seen before he blacked out, how a weapon could be fired inside the TARDIS. And what the Master was doing when he had discovered him. The puzzled look that had plagued the Doctor face slow turned into a look of horror, as he realised the true plans of the Master.
“It’s a weapon, isn’t?” he didn’t leave time for the other to answer, “You transforming the TRADIS into a weapon. To use against all forms of life, and to destroy countless civilisations…” the doctor trailed off after realising what the Master was planning to do.
“To recreate life, in my vision. I’ll use the Tullar micro bots to heal my real body, then get them to recreate all like in my image. Good, eh?”
The Doctor was, for once, generally speechless. He thought for several moments, and then lunged at the Master.
“Careful….now….” the Master said as the Doctor choked him, “..re..member…..who’s ..body…this…is……” with that the Doctor looked shocked and let go. “Thought you’d stop with that,” he smirked, then turned round to continue, knowing the Doctor could do nothing, as long as he was in Alex’s body.
The Doctor lay on the floor, looking at his hands. Then he started to think, think about several things, the fate of the Time Lords, that he had failed to prevent, the destruction of the Cybermen, the Daleks(evil though they were), the destruction of almost every other race in the universe if he couldn’t stop the Master. He then notice an electrical wire sparking, and the thought, that what he was thinking could work, but the chance would be slim.
He reached up, grabbed the wire and rammed it onto Alex’s neck. She screamed, he scream, not the Masters, then violently threw up, a mixture of several things, including a silver-grey blob, which the doctor then encased in a metal orb and sealed it with the sonic screwdriver. He then ran to Alex to see if she was alright.
“Gross!” she shouted, “What the hell just happened?” she asked.
“Better you don’t know,” replied the Doctor. And with that he helped her to her feet and looked at what The Master had done to the TARDIS and started to repair it.
Alex went and sat down by a corner to contempate what the hell had just happen to her.

Someone has been reading your stories. Something very similar to this happened in this week’s episode although it wasn't The Master in the giant ball.

He took in to mind what he had seen before he blacked out, how a weapon could be fired inside the TARDIS.

Why is it important that a weapon was fired inside the TARDIS? That happened in The Parting of the Ways. Jack shot a Dalek.

Oh by the way, cool stories. Just one question, why Alex and not Rose?
