Kryptonian villiains in Superman.
Banner controlling Hulk at the end and Betty being separated from him.
Joker card at the end of BB, and Arkham immates on the loose.
Batman as a fugitive, with Gordon and him lying to everyone at the end of TDK.
Thor and Jane separated with the BiFrost destroyed. And Loki didn't die.
Captain America waking up 70 years later.
Well, all the post-credit scenes of Marvel movies are unfinished plots left for sequels.
Superman - Yes, you are correct
Joker card, Batman as fugitive, Thor and Jane separated and Cap waking up are all set-ups for the sequel that occur in the last few minutes of the films.
What we are talking about is plot points directly related to the hero's origin that are mentioned at the beginning of the film and then dropped.
The Superman example is the only one of your examples that applies.
