I love dancing, but have never had the time / money to take professional lessons. I dance while doing dishes, I dance while vacuuming, and on a Friday/Saturday night I used to go out dancing as often as I could afford it. Now, I have to invite friends / family over for a party to get a chance to dance with a partner. (Hubby's not big on dancing)

dancing is one of my all time favourite things, it's a time when pretty much the whole of your worldly troubles can disappear for an instance and not many things can give one such clarity

of course the tune is the most important thing and generally funky house is the best for this with commercial dance and 90s r n b coming in second and third
