does anyone know what the hell's wrong with yahoo?

i've been trying to set up a yahoo mail account, and every time i click the button at the bottom that's labelled Create My Account, the f***ing scroll bar at the right goes up. every time i hit the enter key, the f***ing scroll bar goes up. what the hell's going on?

nothing else is wrong, just with yahoo

Very possible that it's a PEBCAK error.
