Transformers Does this movie count as a Marvel Film?

Does Marvel still have the rights for Transformers?

i am sitting here watching the '86 cartoon movie and it has Marvel logo at the beginning of the movie. and i know that the Marvel website as some stuff on there about Transformers. so if Marvel owns Transformers does this count as a Marvel Film?

When they show the trailer it doesn't have the little Marvel thing before it like the others, so I don't consider it to be one. One of the toy companies probably own it's rights like Hasbro or something.

Hasbro does own the rights to the Transformers, Marvel doesn't have the rights to the Transformers any longer, IDW does now. As for the original movie being a Marvel film, I believe most of the big cartoon movies based off TV series were marvel related... GI Joe, MLP, & Transformers. Wasn't Sunbow originally a Marvel owned company? I can't recall any more...
