Does Transformers count as a Marvel movie?

Does Marvel still have the rights for Transformers?

i am sitting here watching the '86 cartoon movie and it has Marvel logo at the beginning of the movie. and i know that the Marvel website as some stuff on there about Transformers. so if Marvel owns Transformers does this count as a Marvel Film?

if you mean the one based on the tv show i think it does as the books had the autobots interacting with heroes like spider-man

Marvel no longer owns the rights to Transformers, even though pretty much all of the characters and concepts were made by Marvel writers, with the toy comanies only supplying the idea of cars that turn into robots.
