Strictly on this generation of consoles, there are only 3 games. 4 with the new Ultimate Tenkaichi.
Burst Limit has been developed by Dimps, the same people behind the last generation of Budokai games. So if you prefer games that focus more on traditional melee combat and liked the past Budokai games, this is probably the game for you. For me though, it's probably one of my least favorite games, not because it's bad, but because I viewed it as the first game in a line of a new trilogy. So characters that were in Budokai 3, were nowhere to be seen in Burst Limit. Also, it played slower than the, IMO, much better game on the PSP Shin Budokai 1 and 2.
The other 2, Raging Blast 1 and 2, which you already played, were developed by Spike. The same people behind the last generations Tenkaichi games. If you weren't a fan of those, you won't like Raging Blast any more. And probably neither Ultimate Tenkaichi. If you did like the series though, I'd give them another try. The first time I tried the Raging Blast 2 Demo (skipped Raging Blast 1 because I knew there'd be a sequel), my first impression was that this is garbage too. The main reason being because they changed the controls from the Tenkaichi games and I wasn't used to them at all. After I got used to them though, Raging Blast 2 has quickly become my favorite DBZ game.
So, Burst Limit is the most polished game if you're just looking for a good DBZ fighter and Raging Blast 2 if you just want to have fun and have battles just like the show. On the handheld, I'd recommend
Shin Budokai 2: Another Road.
