I just bent over to get something out of a drawer and my lower back went out just before Christmas. It seemed to be getting better than BAM! Got REALLY bad. Been in pain for a couple of weeks now. Adding to that I got one of my dizzy spells over the weekend from my inner ear issues. Today is the first day I've had some relief. No terrible knife stabs or spasms. It's just been way too long. I still have to be careful not to over do it or sit too long in a bad chair. The car seat is like a torture chair. I dreaded driving. Even today with the relief, that damn bucket seat which is normally comfy, was the seat from He!l! I'm on the road to recovery. Thanks for your well wishes Sue!

Eh... I'm feeling a bit down in the dumps today, and for whatever reason that I dont know of, I didnt ever post this. But just looking at how incredibly stunning this man is, just warms my heart. I hope it warms yours too.
Looking at the preview, I think I was going to work on the shadow on his face a bit more but, I think I like it just the way it is.
