During the final scene between Karen and Foggy at the Church you can see for like 1 min max, someone behind. It's blurry and you can't see his face but you do see black hair so I was thinking it could be Frank, keeping an eye on Karen.

Albeit a *weird* one, since its completely disjoint from the context in the story Born Again.

It's been a long time since I've been to NYC, but I suspect many Deli/Grocery stores are similar looking.
