I've wanted to make this for awhile and finally got around to it. The choice was either Iron or Silver, I chose Silver since it was more accurate and looked more unique.

Dear Dragon, perhaps the central room of the Mage College in mid-day is not the wisest place to stage an attack. Thx for the easy soul. lol

one of the coolest looking swords that I've seen is the Dawnbreaker sword you get from the Meridia quest.

is this sword pretty good? can you upgrade it's power through smithing ( or by increasing your skill levels )?

Yes and Yes. But you've got to find a couple or more Ebony Ingots and have a high Smithing Level.

Its an awesome sword against the Undead, killing one with the sword causes the target to blow up (the idea is that the splash damage affects other Undead in the area but it does damage you as well) and causes the less powerful Undead to flee.

Plus it has this extremely awesome effect where it glows a bright yellow-gold if a hostile is nearby. Very cool.

Yeah, Blood Dragons seem to love the mage college, and their skeletons glitch out all over the place.

hmmm

I was wondering..since fallout 4 will be using the same engine etc...

We should be able then to merge the two games together, like the requiem for the capital wasteland mod, the mod that enables you to travel back and forth between the capital wasteland and new Vegas.

The game looks quite good with the current graphic mods, it's not Crysis but it still looks better than most games.

I won't lie. Once I get a decent gaming rig I'll probably rebuy Skyrim on the PC... pretty much for stuff like that. Don't get me wrong I think it looks fine graphically now... but if I can get an improvement... Why not?

I'm at home for thanksgiving, and I have to play Skyrim on an SDTV. It's making my eyes burn. The type is too small, and everything is fuzzy. I guess I won't play it again till I get back to my apartment on friday.
I was trying to make a Breton Mage, and I couldn't see the eye color.

I wish more games would give you built in UI options.
If you are sitting close to the screen, you don't really need huge text. If you are sitting several feet away, it's a diffrent story.

So apparently elder dragons are much tougher.

I had the same problem when I switched Xbox's. Mine redringed two days after I got the game. Luckily my roommate recently upgraded his, and still had his old one. However, said old Xbox had never seen an HDTV so it's system settings were at 480. It took me a couple of days before I checked those :o

Seriously. I don't have an HDTV, I'm constantly squinting to read the text. I've pushed the wrong buttons on several occasions because I couldn't tell what the heck it was telling me to do.

Honestly, it doesn't spoil the game that much, I still enjoy the hell out of it. The tiny words are really the only issue I have, but it has made me finally want an HDTV.

Only issues so far is the annoying arrow bug.

...And the limited companions options. I like having companions! and i wanna have as much as possible!

As for mods, so far they're only re-tex mods.I don't really needs them at this point. The real good mods will be coming once they release the constuctions kit. The game looks gorgeous enough as it is for me...You can almost feel the cold Nordic air hehe

That's why I never have my xbox in my room anymore. I need an HDTV in my room.

...Finally?

I know, believe it or not there are some people (like me!) who still don't have an HDTV :wow:

He wasn't talking about you not having one, it's the "finally wanting one" that was weird. Most people want a HDTV, regardless of if they can afford it or not.

Like me!
