I don't think so. The guy kinda looks Pratt-ish but he was just the lead in Onward for Pixar two years ago.

I thought Soul was a wonderful film.

I thought Toy Story 4 was a terrible idea at first, and then I ended up loving it. I don't want Toy Story 5 though, lol.

Speaking of, I thought Onward was also very good but a victim of the pandemic.

Coco was fantastic.

For my money, post-the Cars 2 mess, Inside Out, Coco, Toy Story 4, Soul, and Turning Red are all top tier Pixar. But it was during this era that they also pulled off their most impressive feat of all: they made a Cars movie that was pretty good.

I would say Soul has been my favorite Pixar movie of the last 5 years
