There's no actual evidence she did. Police only found diapers in her car. The reports claimed she was found in her car WEARING a diaper, which were factually wrong. She wasn't wearing one.

Finally getting around to watching this...and it's ok.

• Great that they kept it part of the overall "Angel" legacy of the tv show/OG Films.
• Turning Bosley into a "rank" was a smart choice, I'm assuming Charlie is also a rank as well since no way we can have a Bosley retiring but Charlie is still thriving.
• Overall plot of "worldwide Angels" is probably better suited for a tv series.
• This cast has no charisma with one another which is somewhat fitting given how they are all thrown together in the film.

Turning CA into Buffy - Chosen sequel was a mistake. CA doesn't need to be a global operation with Angels operating throughout the world with dozens of "Bosleys" watching over them.

We also didn't need the third angel to be brand new with no fighting skills.

The best parts of the film are the callbacks to the OG series and movies.

The big reveal of an evil Bosley falls flat because we don't care about these newbies and they went overboard with Angels/Bosleys. She isn't cool like Madison Lee.

And there's too much music that overpowers scenes.
