65% is still too little considering what he did.
Advertisers left in groups, he took away its incredible memorable name to change it to a dumb X.
He made the platform unappealing to all kinds of media, gave the worst people in the world free reign, made the bot problem worse etc.

"Only" 65% is way too low imo.
Like, what does he have to do else to reach 80-90% of that?
The one thing left is to charge people for the simple use of it...and that is something he already considers.
