I may be wrong, but at least in Europe he cant do this.
There are i think Laws that has to allow users of Social Media platforms to block people.

And that with a stalker is a great point.
But Musk as usual only cares about himself.
He saw too many people block him and he doesnt like that.
If this gives creeps and Stalkers more power, doesnt matter to him.

The EU is doing the Lord's work over there in regulating Big Tech. They got Microsoft to stop shoving Edge and Bing down their throats, Apple to use USB-C and FaceTime on your browser, and Meta to back off cross-platform tracking on their apps.

For those wondering Musk announced that blocking will be gone by December and Patton Oswald replied to it. Looks like Musk didn't like it.
