This is what's going to happen. Democrats are going to create class action suits against what DOGE is doing. A federal judge will either rule to cease DOGE and argue that they need Congressional approval for the agency to exist or not. If the the former, Musk will appeal it and take the fight to a federal judge that will rule in his favor.
