As commenters have pointed out, that's a lot of historical Twitter content that's going to get deleted from getting rid of 30 day inactive accounts.

(Even more will be deleted if/when he makes Twitter a paywalled garden for $8+ a month.)

Defamation is kind of a tough nut to crack in the US. You have to prove he knew this was false, which given everything else stupid he believes, is going to be tough.
