Could he sue Musk AND Twitter in theory?
Like, there has to be enough Proof that Twitter as company is helping spread false claims and so on about people.
Or at the very least there is enough proof that Musk does spread it willingly and all.

Im not a legal expert, but the kind of stuff i see on Twitter feels like it warrants a lot of Lawsuit.
The downright hurtfull lies amplified by Twitter that is targeted at specific people, there must be a lot proof there for tons of lawsuits i would assume.
