There is no way he can win and force Advertisers to go to his page.Even with the obvious judge shopping he did, I look forward to Elon's legal team explaining why him telling advertisers to **** off and then they do is illegal or antitrust.
I love those comics, it gets the insanity of Musk so well across.
But yeah, how in gods name does Musk think he can sue Companies and force them to come back?
Like, there is legally no way he can get that to happen.
These companies just have to go into a random tweet and show the comments to provide examples for how being on Twitter is hurting their brand.
Then show the clip of Musk literally being a smug guy and telling companies that he doesnt care if advertisers leave...and the case is done.

Futurism - Elon Musk to Sue X Advertisers After Telling Them to "**** Themselves"
A new entry for the Galaxy Brain Hall-of-Fame, legal scholar Elon Musk is here to set a new kind of precedent.
For some reason I didn't realise you could view it without an account, and I thought you needed an Instagram account to get a Threads account. Will do some snooping in that case lol.I would like to promote Threads on the mere fact that I can actually search and read posts and replies without making an account. Something Twitter has stopped doing.
Yep it's still linked to your Insta. For some reason I didn't realise you could view it without an account, and I thought you needed an Instagram account to get a Threads account. Will do some snooping in that case lol.
Pretty dumb for people who don't have an Instagram account or otherwise want one. If it's to stop anonymous accounts it's a good idea but then should allow people to sign up using their Facebook or any other identifying account.Yep it's still linked to your Insta.
Meta has said they plan to make it a more independent app, but no clue if that means separate accounts. They're probably gunshy after almost being busted as a monopoly, which is why they cancelled their plans to unify WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and FB Messenger.Pretty dumb for people who don't have an Instagram account or otherwise want one.
