sorry if this has ben discussed but i searched and couldnt find jack. so is spiderman classics ever going to return? or is origins taking over after the movie. id like to know. thanks

It's pretty much done. There's rumors of another six inch spider-man line but we probably will have to wait until san diego comic con to find out.

hmm alright. i hope theres another line. classics ending kinda sucks but hopefully hasbro puts some ml type things up

You mean like Hasbro's Marvel Legends?

Toybiz no longer has the liscense to do Marvel figures.

Hasbro has put out 2 series of Marvel Legends thus far. They also put out Spider-Man origins, which was cancelled.

yeah, spider-man origins sucked anyway. but it would be nice to have spidey get that other 6 inch line.

It wouldn't bother me too much if they didn't make anymore spidey figs really since I have most of the spidey figs I need. There's still more baddies I wouldn't mind having such as a classic beetle, chameleon, cardiac, etc. But I can live without them. However, a BAF sandman as the one rumored would be pretty cool if they made it right. I actually bought some of that sand gunk on clearance to perhaps make my own sandman base, but I don't want to take a chance of ruining my sandman figure until we find out if they are making the 6 inch spidey line or not.

They might think that spidey no longer sells well if they take SM3 figs into account. Those ****ers are everywhere. And I don't know how many of you have noticed, but most WMs not only have a wall of spidey figs in the toy aisles, but they aslo have them in an aisle dedicated to all things spider-man with about half the aisle filled with even more spidey figs.

The things that killed Hasbro's Spidey origins are the excessive repaints of previous and barely no new figs... and the overpriced BK kids meal 5-inch toy line that they call Spider-Man 3...

There's still quite a few allies as well that have yet to be made; Silver Sable, Prowler, Cloak & Dagger, Puma, and so forth...i guess we'll have to wait for them in a Legends wave or whatever...

Technically the line that is 5 inch and has the other characters from the Movie games is called Classics.

I can pretty much beat that Silver Sable will be made into ML eventually. She's a pretty well known character. And I'd be all for a Puma and for prowler for that matter. Puma was in the first spider-man comic I ever read with puma, symbiote spider-man, and they were battling the Beyonder.

And I hope they do continue to make more spidey characters, but I won't ever complain too much on how many spider-man characters they make because I was just happy to get the sinister six completed.
