Which MCU Mega-Event film did you prefer?

I don't even know if I can choose...

Endgame IMO is the clear choice.

I’m curious to see how No Way Home ages in fans’ minds…

No Way Home by far, not to say I didn't enjoy Endgame but I enjoyed the first Avengers movie and espeically Infinity War more than Endgame

I enjoyed No Way Home quite a bit, while I found Endgame to be a massive disappointment, so it's an easy choice for me.

Hulk gave Ant-Man a replacement taco, that is one of my favorite superhero cinematic moments it's even more special to me than the three webheads hugging.

ENDGAME for sure.

Why did you find it dissapointing?
For numerous reasons, but if I could narrow it down to the basic ones:

• There were no actual stakes.
• Too many plot conveniences, even for an MCU film.
• Predictable, with no actual surprises.
• No substantial sacrifices and the only ones that occurred didn't feel natural.
• Thanos was much weaker, underwhelming and barely present.
• Too much fan-service and box ticking.
• Simplistic story that didn't justify the excessive runtime.

I felt Infinity War took some major risks and then Endgame decided to take the easy way out. I'm glad that fans loved it and many have it as the quintessential comic book movie, but it didn't work for me in terms of what I want and expect to see from such films.

As much as NWH provided & touched on some wonderful nostalgia points, and the interactions were wonderful between the three male leads, Endgame is for me, the more fulfilling watch. For the Steve-Peggy pay-off, alone.

Endgame. It was a culmination of ten years' worth of stories and character arcs.

Loved No Way Home for the novelty and for getting a chance to see Maguire, Dafoe, Molina and Garfield again. And the last ten minutes of the movie are pitch-perfect. But as a complete piece, it doesn't have the scale of storytelling that Endgame had.

Endgame...........I'm starting to think No Way Home is a overrated......

No Way Home has some great moments and the novelty of seeing both Garfield and Maguire return. But the villains are wasted and the story meanders until the Third Act finale on the Statue of Liberty that happens...because reasons?

Loved the opening credits through the Daredevil reveal. And the final minutes with the re-adjustment of MCU Peter Parker (crappy apartment, new suit, etc.). But that 2-hour chunk in the middle...I don't know.

Endgame, easily. It was the culmination of everything up to that point, functionally the climax for the entire franchise. No Way Home. . . was a decent enough movie, but Homecoming was better. :p

Or to put it another way, IMO, in Avengers Endgame the fanservice existed to serve the narrative, in No Way Home the narrative existed to serve the fanservice. The former makes for a better movie.

Endgame. Loved NWH, but Endgame I think is the MCU crown jewel

NWH did what it set out to do very well (and that wasn't the simplest thing to pull off) but otherwise Endgame quite easily for me.

I have to go with Endgame.
No Way Homes first act felt like a compliation of tiktok videos and rushed.

Liked NWH, but Endgame (and Infinity War for that matter) are more compelling and interesting storylines/movies.

Easy Endgame - didn’t like NWH except the scenes with Strange. But will watch it a second time over Easter

I love and could watch NWH from beginning to end over and over for the rest of my life and it's Top 5 MCU movie for me.

But that final hour of Endgame, or whenever they wish every back, may be my most favorite hour of cinema of all time.Overall, the movie is Top 10 MCU movies for me. But yeah, that last hour is just beyond the highest elevation for me. So much so that I still hear the crowd going crazy during certain moments of that battle.
