I don't think either will appear. There really wouldn't be much for the Rock to do. I don't expect to see him until at least after this weeks Raw.

As for Triple H , I don't think he would be booked to lose in an elimination chamber upon his return. I think once Undertaker (2.21.11) returns tomorrow Triple H will reveal himself as RAW GM and book them in a match for Wrestlemania.
