I'm betting that episode will be a throwback to when Doc Ock "outted" Peter in front of the Bugle Staff or something. Because Unless Tony Stark convinces Pete to hold a press conference, his identity will remain for the most part a secret.

Indeed, I also think Spidey will use his brain more than his strength in that episode when it comes to stopping Venom.

My guess as to why Doc Ock isn't on the Sinister Six? Obviously, he's masterminding the Master Planner act, probably using the new Sinister Six to do all the grunt work. Shocker's out cause the Big Man needs him for the Enforcers. If this is the case, I can forgive the Doc Ockless Sinister Six easily.

Venom gets at least two episodes to himself. I'm excited, but I'm hoping this season's Venom makes up for the lackluster (yet acceptable) season finale Venom.

And Green Goblin closes this season.

That's my take on my three favorite Spidey villains, the Big 3.

Oh sweet! The lack of descriptions regarding Black Cat and Lizard worry me a bit considering they're supposed to be in this season but I'm sure they'll pop up.

Interesting to hear Shocker and the Enforcers are back. Who is Ricochet, exactly? Fancy Dan with a less gay nickname?

It's interesting that assuming he has similar "powers" the character will be a villain played by Fancy Dan whereas his previous incarnations have been as a hero.

Fancy Dan becoming Ricochet actually makes sense. Dan has been shown to be very agile and good at karate. This will only upgrade his abilities.

I can't wait to see his design.

Yes, I agree with this. I hope Ock is pulling the new Sinister Six's strings as the Master Planner.

I agree with above, an Ock-less Sinister Six isn't one you would take seriously. Even though I feel that Tombstone as "The Big Man" was a good move, I feel that Master Planner should remain to be the good doctor.

I agree to a point but this is changing a hero into a villain and not villain to a villain. Perhaps this could indicate a change in direction for the Fancy Dan character in the future of the series?

I agree although it looks like the wise cracking aspect will be lost given Dan has not been too talkative thus far in the series.

His only line thus far has been a Terminator reference. He may be cleverer than we think. It's up in the air.

But I hope he doesn't suddenly become a good guy. You want a misunderstood black villain turning hero? You got Rocket Racer and Prowler. Fancy Ricochet Dan can stay a criminal for all I care. Too many supervillains are white males.

no dan is the smaller black guy and we dont know for sure if this is the same ricochet as from the comics or if they are playing a merger game again.

I second that! I have a feeling it will make for even more great fights. Spidey sure will need to be quick when he fights him, if you ask me.
