I wonder if they will adapt that suit that john is wearing into the show. I'm guessing they'll have something similar. Also, wouldn't ti be cool fi they have a homage to that cover in the show?

I'm sure they will; or something similar at least. They've done many ambiguous visual homages throughout, so far.

I actually thought back in S1 they were going to merge the "Space Spores" storyline with the symbiote story by having John get infected with the symbiote instead and his fight with Spidey would be how it got to him.

But the way they did it worked, since Chameleon and Black Cat wouldn't have had a place in that story.
