Extended cut for blu-ray

sorry if this has been disscussed before but does anyone know if the blu-ray version will have an extended cut or the regular.

I read somewhere the 2.1 edition will be released on Blu ray for certain.

i hope so, id ont want to have to go back and watch the regular edition of spider-man 2 on blue ray wen i have seen the 2.1 one

thanks. Bc I was thinking of getting 2.1 for DVD, but will wait for the blu-ray version.
