Sci-Fi Fallout | Amazon Prime

Science ficiton, science fantasy, or alien movies.
First episode was awesome and I can't get over how much I'm still loving this awesome and unlikely team up between Lucy and The Ghoul mostly because Walton Goggins and Ella Purnell just have great chemistry

I am a bit disappointed though that we didn't get atleast one or two more episodes dropped at the same time like how Amazon sometimes does with their other shows but the weekly release schedule was definitely a better idea for this show.

I'm definitely intrigued by Justin Theroux's character too since I'm not familiar with the games at all.

Yeah its just nice to have Goggins back in both of his roles that he plays pre & post bomb drops and Lucy is just another great character in this world that Purnell can pull off easily with her perky and positive attitude and the Vault scenes are nicely continued and continue to be the funny parts.

One episode isnt a lot to get your teeth into as its a bit of re-introduction as well as setting up season 2, although it doesnt hang around in getting back into where things dropped off last time. Its seems like its going to be good still and the bit in the abandoned Vault was creepy as heck, but need a few more episodes to really get things going it feels. I forgot last time we got all episodes in one go last time to binge which really helped, so its going to be a longer road this time.

So been seeing the theory making the rounds after this weeks episode that House has a body double and I'm hoping that's the case. Howard Hughs was paranoid af in real life, so this would be an interesting layer to House. This post on reddit goes even further that the decrepid Mr House body we see in New Vegas (the game) is actually the body double from show wearing a mind control helmet. The helmet he has in the game looks really similar to some of the mind control helmets we see in Vault 24 in the show.

Another good episode. Im just disappointed that Titus seems to be turning into some kind of disheartened broken hearted bad guy. :(

Yeah even better episode this week, really liked all the Brotherhood stuff and what its setting up. The Vault stuff continues to be interesting and where its going with it. The Ghoul and Lucy stuff is always gold. Lucy still has much to learn about this world. Lots of New Vegas references this episode.

Have a feeling that Norm is going to thrive in his new environment.

He is adapting more quickly than Lucy did, lol. :p

Almost forgot a new episode was out. Found this one a bit slow, not finding the new factions as interesting as the groups in season 1 but it's early in the season. :)

Deathclaw episode was a lot of fun and they really did a good job of mixing practical and CGI to make it feel real and something to be afraid of. Really good episode for Lucy as well who went through a few more things this time as she experiences more of this real harsh world.

Show continues to be good but I wonder if its having the same impact as the first season, doesnt seem like anyone is really talking about this season much.

I'm really enjoying the season, the character progress, the dialogue and humor/quirks. I can't help but feel like it's a bit rush and wished they spent some more time with certain threads.

The Legion Civil and War and BOS Civil War seem to have taken place in a lapse of one or two episodes and can't help but feel like it could have been expanded over more episodes or even season. Both threads had the potential of being epic and larger scope however it feels like they are just walking and pointing and things as if saying "thats the things from the game.

I really appreciate the sturdiness and weight of the Power Armor, Securitrons and the might Deathclaw. Love the attention to detail and fidelity to the lore.

On a separate note, I was thinking how cool it would be to have Yosemite as a potential location for a game. With it being a natural park away from the city and population, I can imagine it remaining lushful green with minor radiation. Imagine a green lushful section of the game similar to Last of Us or Horizon (or Fallout 3 Oasis) but in the world of Fallout with a big BOS presence.
