Fantastic Four Animated Series Discussion

Hey, they ordered another 26 episodes. Maybe it's possible, although I'm betting that because of the new Spidey cartoon coming to CW, he's probably off-limits. Still, if the FF can have everyone from Hulk to Iron Man show up, who knows...

I know what Cameo i'm dying for.

Good old Charles Xavier. :D

well iron man has a cartoon coming up and he is still geust starring so who knows?????

any one know if a 2nd serie has been ordered???

This ep was surprisingly good! Better than the previous two at least. Sure he was annoying but everyone elses reaction to that was pretty sPot on. Most cartoon characters are way too tolerant of the monstrously irksome. And the little dude kinda grew on me.

"Why do you wear clothes?"

"I...don't know."

I liked the impossible man one.

I liked the one part where Sue parts up a forcefield and defects him and then goes to Reed. "Im sorry he's just really annoying"

And at the end when he's leaving he's like "i hope your planet gets eaten"

I couldn't get through to the commercial break. This show just isn't my cup of tea.

Then your one of the few people who dont like it on a world scale.I thought the episode was good,at first..i thought it would be like the comic. But the concept was interesting.

next weeks episode is called "bait and switch" anyone know the details?

Since I have still yet to see an episode of this show, and I'm sure many other people haven't either...

http://internapse.com/page/int/shows/f4wgh.html

I'm starting to put the episodes online, in an easy to view way that is of course free!

Several of the episodes are over 20 minutes, so I had to break them into 2 parts.

I'm still looking for a few episodes, but I have most of them up that have aired so far.

Enjoy!

Wasn't able to get around to the show, now I can catch them in spare time. thanks!

I've seen most of these, just watched imperious rex for the first time last night as i want to take my time with these. Thought it was a good episode, i really like namor, only wish they could use him in the films!!

Yeah, lotsa good lines in this one. Anybody else notice Johnny's 'Nelson laugh'? "HA-haa!"

Doom comes back (hooray - I've been digging him on the show) and uses one of Reed's experiments to make the team switch their powers with each other. So I guess people who saw RotSS will be in semi-familiar territory.

It sounds like it could be a really good show. I will have to check it out. Does any one know how I can get an avatar by my name?:trans:

Anyone else find it kinda funny how superman's got a sequel in the works,

I don't want to start a flame war, but just exactly what Superman sequel is in the works? There is no indication of any Superman Returns sequel in the works. There is no script or any indication that the studio has even had a pre-greenlight hint.

Singer has 2 projects he is doing one after the other and the one he is doing now is at a standstill due to filming problems.

I'm not saying that there won't be, but a year after the opening of Superman Returns, there is not a breath of any start of even a pre-pre-production.

All that said, this is a FF animated discussion, so my two cents is it's not too bad. They seem to actually get the characters.

You're kidding right. That first article is almost 9 months old and proven to be false.

The rest are unconfirmed rumors. There is no greenlight and no script yet and none in sight.

Proven to be false?! It's from Variety. Variety only prints official confirmation. Okay, so... show me where it's proven to be false.

However, that's true. No script and no greenlight. But you said "not even a hint of pre-pre-production." Which is not true.

It's false because since then he signed on to another picture. Which means the confirmation date listed in that article can't be true. Also, there is no script since then, it hasn't even been started. That could take up to a year. That date is obviously not true, which means the story is not accurate anymore. That story was 8 months ago, without any movement.

Everyone was signed for a three picture deal. A "deal" with Singer means nothing. They were already all signed for sequels.

There is no pre-production, no nothing yet.

If a guy says he was already working on the sequel, obviously something was being done.

The point of the story is that Singer got a deal for a sequel. No, he wasn't already signed. You will recall all the stories about how the movie had to make $200 million before they'd sign him for a sequel.

Delays happen. Doesn't erase the deal. The story is not false. It was true a the time and delays occurred - big deal.

Oh, and scripts COULD take a year. They COULD take 12 years. They could also take one month. Look at Fox - they like to greenlight movies to start filming without a script in place!

Now that I've said all of this, do I think the movie is definitely going to happen? No. Even with all of this in place, things fall apart in Hollywood a lot.

Actually, you are more right than I am. A deal is out there. But we agree that deals don't mean a movie will be made. My whole point was that no sequel is anywhere near production, and I don't think one will ever happen. I really just made an offhand comment about someone elses comment about a sequel in the works.
