Sorry if this has been done before.:o

Well what film did you like better?

I liked the first just a bit better because it was a steady paced film with a good story...the second was a fast...a way too fast film with a good story. It should've been longer.

But it was a good movie still...if I see it again maybe I'll change my mind. So I won't vote yet. I've seen movies that seemed too fast, but were good. Then I saw it again and liked it alot better.

I wonder how much was cut from the theatrical version for an extended editon of FF2: ROTSS?

I voted for the sequel. Action was more spectacular, special effects looked cleaner, development of characters and all in all, enjoyable :) I loved the first one too but the second one is my fave :D

Silver Surfer is tons better than the first F4.

Sequel based purely on Doom, sequel on ignoring Doom completely in both and sequel on the package. Add this to Spider-Man with the list of "Sequels better than the original".

Honestly, I liked the first more because (imo) the story flowed much better, and had better pacing. I'm also a fan of orgin pictures, and seeing characters get used to their powers, etc. I can easily understand why someone would enjoy FF2 more, but FF1 is still my favorite

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is a much better movie.

If they bring out an extended cut of FF2, I might vote for that one day. So far, FF is the winner. The extended cut works much better though.

I like them both equally, but I FF2 better.

ROTSS for sure. It was awesome, a big improvement over the first!

I wanted to vote both sucked, but 2 was so much better than 1 that I had to honor it with preference over 1.

Liked the 2nd one better.

Surfer is not only obviously better than the first but a lot better pretty much all the superhero films released in the last two years or so...

2nd one was so much better. I just wished it was another 18 minutes longer with 6 minutes of more human torch and doom action, 6 minutes of doom in his country and finally another 6 minutes of silver surfer action towards the end with galactus which I also would have liked to be like classic galactus.

But hey I guess that is what the directors cut will be for. You have to remember that sometimes due to time constraints some action scenes or sfx scenes are edited. It happened with X3 so why not f42?

I will watch it one more time in the theatres and also wait and buy the extended cut dvd.
