Fantastic Four Reboot: The 60s

I think if Fox retains the rights to FF and it remains in its own cinematic universe, setting the reboot in the 1960s would be an inspired idea. But if Marvel regains the rights to FF, I think we can expect to see them integrated in the modern-day MCU.

I've mentioned something like this before. At the very least, the creators of the film can affect a midcentury design aesthetic to recall the earliest issues of the comics and cartoons. The characters seem particularly at home in that type of world.
