I really don't think so. A small history lesson is that after America won it's independence Britain needed somewhere to put it's criminals. Canada was partially owned by the French,and America was no longer a choice. So they were sent to Australia,it makes sense that these things happen there. Australians are the descendants of British prisoners. So weird things would happen.
