This guy is disabled, no question about it.
I KNOW! The man can't get out of bed! It's the people taking care of him who are bringing him food, and some of the responsibility has to be on them for giving up 20,000 calories to eat! Seriously! Do none of them keep a little spreadsheet or whatever, so it's not like, "Hmm, how many family-size takeaways has Mr. Mason had today? One? Two? None? Oh wells, let's just bring another for good measure."
He does, it's called overeating. There's a hormone that your stomach releases to let you know whether you've had enough food, and apparently this guy doesn't have it if he can down 20,000 calories in a day and not feel full.
