Forgot about Michael Fassbender and Viggo Mortensen.

The scene in Inglorious Basterds with Fassbender and the others at the table in the bar is just fantastic, I could watch it over and over.

And Mortensen pretty much shines in everything he does. Whilst Lord of the Rings really made him famous, I absolutely loved his effortless performance as a 'normal' guy in A History of Violence, and a quiet but intimidating role in Eastern Promises.

and Pretty good too in Appaloosa if anyone hasn't seen it yet.
