Just wondering what quotes people have taken from the Marvel villains that they constantly say to their friends and family. I find myself quoting bane at times from TDKR "nobody cared who I was until I put on the mask." So just wondering if there's some good quotable lines from the other side.

"Do I look like a monster?" - Yellowjacket

Stoll's delivery was really creepy.

"Do you see the beauty of it? The inevitability? You rise, only to fall. You, Avengers, you are my meteor. My swift and terrible sword and the Earth will crack with the weight of your failure. Purge me from your computers? turn my own flesh against me? It means nothing! When the dust settles, the only thing living in this world, will be metal."

Stoll breathed a lot of life into what was otherwise a typical Marvel villain.

"... return to me again empty-handed and I will bathe the starways in you!"r blood "

- Thanos

" I lost everyone... and so will you."

-Zemo

I guess because it's so cheesy, but this is one that I quote at random moments

I don't care if it would've been derivative of Iron Monger, I'm furious Marvel didn't use Rourke for Crimson Dynamo. What a waste.

Justin Hammer's whole bit about the Ex-Wife missile in Iron Man 2.

That and Ultron's "I'm glad you asked that, because I wanted to take this time to explain my evil plan." That's such a Whedon line right there.

Yeah - I find even with my lack of appreciation of this version of Ultron, I find his quotes to the best memorable from any of the villains. I still have the "There are no strings on me." from the trailer stuck in my head.

And yeah, I thought the actor who played Zemo delivered his lines perfectly, where he felt like an ordinary person, just so enraged at the world.

The movie isn't that great but my favorite is Ian McKellen/Magneto in X-Men Last Stand, his speech to the public...

"Your streets will not be safe, your cities will not be safe, YOU will not be safe."

Just the way he delivers the whole speech, but that line in particular, it's just fantastic acting and one of the most menacing quotes from a villain ever.

Everett K. Ross: So how does it feel? To spend all that time, all that effort, and to see it fail so spectacularly?

Zemo: Did it?

The delivery is gold. Even if it was predictable.

Also I love everything Vanko says in IM2. And IM2 is dominating this thread at the moment. Which is part of the reason I don't understand the hate for it.

Deacon Frost - "Yeah he's got the sword and ****...can throw it in the air....catches it underneath...yeah, SHUT THE F*** UP!"

Stephen Dorff's expression and delivery of that line never fails to make me laugh :funny:

For me it is this speech:

Baron Zemo: "My father lived outside the city, and I thought we would be safe there. My son was excited. He could see the Iron Man from the car window. I told my wife, 'Don't worry. They're fighting in the city. We're miles from harm.' And the dust cleared, and the screaming stopped. It took me two days until I found their bodies. My father still holding my wife and son in his arms... And the Avengers? They went home. I knew I couldn't kill them. More powerful men than me have tried. But if I could get them to kill each other... I'm sorry about your father. He seemed a good man, with a dutiful son."

The world has changed.

I swear I hear it in every Marvel trailer/movie

Yeah - Zemo is a complete badass in terms of line delivery, I almost wish he was given more evil things to say, more things to show how he has twisted things, especially through out the movie opposed to the end.

Some favorite quotes:

Magneto: "Are you a God-fearing man, senator? It's such a strange phrase. I've always thought of God as a teacher, as a bringer of light, wisdom, and understanding. I think what you really are afraid of is...me. Me and my kind, the Brotherhood of Mutants. Oh, it's not so surprising, really. Mankind has always feared what it doesn't understand."

Dr. Octopus: "I couldn't have miscalculated! It was working, wasn't it? Yesss...."

Loki: "I am Loki, of Asgard, and I am burdened with glorious purpose."

Loki: "I come with glad tidings of a world made free...Freedom is life's great lie. Once you accept that, in your heart, you will know peace."

Mandarin: "Some people call me a terrorist. I consider myself a teacher. America...ready for another lesson?"

Vulture: "The world's changing, boys. Time we changed too."

Some other favorite Marvel movie villain quotes:

Green Goblin: "There are eight million people in this city, and those teeming masses exist for the sole purpose of lifting the few exceptional people onto their shoulders. You and me, we're exceptional."

Ego: I need to fulfill life's one true purpose, to grow and spread, covering all that exists until everything is...me."

Shocker: (using his power blaster) "I wasn't sure about this thing at first, but...DAMN!"

Nightcrawler: "Why not stay in disguise all the time? Look like everyone else?"
Mystique: "Because we shouldn't have to."

All these badass quotes are giving me chills. I'll come back with some.

Magneto had some really awesome lines in X1. That speech about God already quoted is one of my favorites. Also these ones:

"You "homo sapiens" and your guns!"

"Because there is no land of tolerance. There is no peace. Not here, or anywhere else."

Fassbender in First Class just had all the juiciest lines.

The entire Frankenstein's Monster scene in Argentina, where Fass spoke German, was utterly fantastic.

"I'm Frankenstein's Monster, and I'm looking for my creator."

"This is what we're going to do. I'm going to count to three, and I'm going to move the coin."

"I've been at the mercy of men just following orders. Never again."

Wow never thought all these lines I cringed at would be favorites of others....one man's trash truly is another man's treasure!

Yeah, that is probably one of the best Magneto badass moments - and there are a bunch to choose from
