My favourite movie soundtrack is The Lord of the Rings trilogy. I also really like The Dark Knight and Batman Begins, Blade Runner, and most things by John Williams and Danny Elfman

Having recently re-watched Grizzly Man, I would have to add that soundtrack to my list of favourites. It was amazing.
 
Almost anything by Lalo Schiffrin, Ennio Morricone, Wendy Carlos, John Barry.
And I really blaxploitation soundtracks like Willie Hutch's The Mack or Foxy Brown.(And of course Curtis Mayfield' Superfly.)
