I loved that line. Because it's so comic book-y, heroic and Batman like. You now know Batman has come back for real and he is going to do what he set out to do.
That, and when Bane throws Batman up the steps and walks towards him, with Batman looking down, scowling. "Bring it on."
Chills.
Oh and "Tell me where the trigger is. THEN, you have my permission to die"
I was all like HAHA YES!
Seriously, Batman has never been more badass when he comes back to Gotham.
And when he ****ing high kicked Bane through the glass doors. Walked through in a fury, and took out that gunman, smacking him with the machine gun, taking him out. And still walking.
"WHERE IS THE TRIGGER??!! WHERE IS IT? *punches Bane's mask* YOU COULDN'T HAVE GIVEN IT TO AN ORIGINATRY CITIZEN! *Punches Bane's mask again* WHERE IS THE TRIGGER??!!"
Just so many's in like five minutes.
That's pretty much my reaction throughout that whole scene (starting from Bats looking all pissed and badass waiting at the stairs all the way to him beating up a whimpering Bane) ->
