The rumor about Prime meeting up with the decepticons to try to get them to team up to defeat the fallen

The Fallen was in a different dimension and managed to get released into ours once Prime was put in statis lock. That would have been better than him just lying around the deception base like a slob.

Prime being in statis lock after the forrest battle not offline or dead. Would have given Racthet a few more lines at least when he determined Prime was just in Statis Lock.

The original Primes being in a big battle with the Fallen being shown onscreen. At least this would have made it easy to understand why the remaining Primes had to sacrifice themselves as the Fallen was knocking them off easily.

All the construction vehicles that form Devastator all having individual robot forms. I would have loved to see the crane Hightower have a few lines and come across like Hook from G1 as Hook was my favorite constructicon.

This one came from youtube where someone swore they could see a refelction of Sam and Mikela in a car in the close up of Ravage's eye. Would have been cool to have Sam and Miklea have to fight Ravage.

Soundwave having an Earth mode as well. Would love to see Soundwave down in the mix and being the loyal to a fault sidekick to Megatron.

Bumblebee dieing (Glad this was not true). My friend's kid would have been messed up for a while if this happened.

Arcee not being able to have a robot form without all 3 bikes forming together. Never really like this idea and would still like to find out Arcee is just the leader of the bikes and the other two do have names as well.

The VERY well known rumor of Barricade being Sideways, or Barricade fighting Sideswipe with Sideways.
