Favorite Steven Spielberg movie?

I personally think Minority Report is the best of all of Dick's adaptations. Yes, that includes Blade Runner. It's my favorite science fiction film ever.

Minority Report was pretty badass except for the last 20 minutes.

I heard he was the having financing problems for his next projects, which frankly is a shame, considering he has set most of the standarts that Hollywood still follows to this day.

I still can't fathom this. I personally think he's been more or less on autopilot for that ten or so years, but... You'd think Steven frickin' Spielberg would still have some sort of carte blanche with the studios.

I know this may sound odd, especially for his large roster of movies, but I love Catch Me If You Can.

Yes. I said that earlier in the thread and stand by it. Great movie.

Hmm. I'm not sure if I pick it over Blade Runner, but it's definitely a great one. I'm about due for a re-watch of both, actually.

I wonder how long it is until Spielberg's kids music features in one of his movies seeing as their band Wardell are generating a little buzz recently.

Man, it's so hard to choose a favorite Spielberg film. I watched The Last Crusade the other day so I voted for that because I love it and Indy Jones Sr. And Jr. so much! Jurassic Park was Jaws for a new generation and it was fantastic too, ET and Close Encounters are unforgettable.
