Infinity War Favourite action scene (SPOILERS).

All the fights with the Black Order members, particularly Ebony Maw. I was pleasantly surprised by his powers.

Same. Pretty much everything Thanos did with the gauntlet was fantastic.

This. The Reality Stone was the standout to me, probably because it felt much more (visually) interesting and creative than the Power Stone (light beams/explosions) or the Space Stone (smokey teleportation). Also because, as you said, it was used so much better than in TDW (where it was a glorified power-booster).

I also really liked that Doctor Strange fought like an actual wizard this time. In Doctor Strange he basically felt like cross between Green Lantern and a Dragon Ball character - superpowered Kung-Fu, light beams and constructs... The scene where

I thought, okay, that's actual magic.

I also thought Thanos' use of the Reality Stone was the best but I just need to point out two things:

1. Malekith was totally prepared to use the Aether to alter reality but needed the convergence to do it on a grand scale.
2. The audience doesn't even know the Aether was one of the Infinity Stones let alone the Reality Stone until the mid-credits stinger.

During the first 90% of the movie I was very disappointed how he just kept using the shield and whip spells but all the stuff he did in the Titan fight was awesome and there should have been more of that earlier.

The moment just before the war, when the sense of dred is on every one of the humans faces watching the aliens killing thenselves trying to enter Wakanda.

Then Black Panther and Cap running full sprint and charging the aliens at the front of que, not afraid to get hit first.

Not an action scene, but I really liked the atmosphere when Maw first attacks. Tony looking outside from the Sanctum, the wind, the dread... Felt like a bona-fide alien invasion to me.

I really liked seeing WAR MACHINE unleash his arsenal. Been waiting forever to see that.

That explosion he caused looked awesome on an IMAX screen.

For my money, the best action scenes involved Thor wrecking everything with Stormbreaker.

The battle on Titan was my favorite - seeing a wide variety of powers and tactics being utilized, and the coordination between all the Avengers/Guardians against Thanos, was amazing. Doctor Strange was a highlight in this sequence.

The beginning NY sequence was also pretty cool too, and gave me good memories of the NY Battle in Avengers 1.

The Battle of Wakanda. It reminded me of the The Battle of Naboo from The Phantom Menace, except not it was perfectly done.

I liked Thanos beating Hulk, although I am not sure if Thanos was being aided by the power stone in his glove at the time or if that was pretty much base thanos power level, either way it was great.

While I liked Thor's new axe and how powerful he is with it, I hated how easily he beat Thanos and Thanos wasn't able to stop it. Technically when thanos snaps his fingers there was a 50/50 chance that Thor would die so Thanos could have won the fight as well but I just didn't like how there was this weapon which single handedly could kill thanos. Now they will have to face Thanos again in the next film and how are they going to explain Thor not killing him outright with one swing?

Remind me if Thanos steals the axe when he warps back to his cabin or if he leaves it with Thor?

Anyway, Thanos was shown vulnerable throughout the whole movie, which was smart, it humanized him more and even makes you want to root for him a bit. I was like "SNAP OUT OF IT THANOS, KICK STARLORDS ASS, KILL THEM ALLL!!!" then like... wait, wtf is wrong with me?

I wanted to see Bucky put that Wakandan arm to use. I figured it was nano-tech like the Iron Man and Spidey suits.

My favorite was the Titan fight. It felt like the best comic book team-up fight adapted to screen. The choreography and camera work were legible, everyone had their showcase moment. I loved that their whole strategy culminated in getting Mantis on Thanos' head. The one character that has zero combat ability but is the most vital in the battle.
