cant wait to own this...didnt get to fully enjoy it in theaters(speakers were distorted in our theater)

I re-watched this again over the weekend and it might actually be my favorite movie of the year. I loved Dark Knight and Iron Man, but I can watch this over and over and enjoy it because I have the freshes cereal

I let this pass me by in theaters thinking it would be a generic romantic comedy, but I rented this last night and God, I could not have been more wrong. This movie is amazing. It has surpassed Pineapple Express as my favorite comedy of the year. It is just too damn funny.

Maybe I'll have to watch it again, I didn't give it the attention I usually do but I was disappointed with it. Still good but ranks below Pineapple Express, Tropic Thunder and Role Models.

Loved the cameo in the credits. :woot:

Jason Bateman's cameo was the icing on the cake, IMO.

Yeah, I liked this too. I'm going to try some of those positions NYE.

I was fortunate enough to have seen it in theaters, and it's the only comedy I've actually paid twice to go to in theaters.

You know the film is excellent when you hear the audience go "ohhh no" when Peter started doing stuff with Sarah again.

I agree, I was pissed when he did that, I kept thinking Kunis was goign to walk by the room outside or something.

I thought the movie was okay, but not great. Funny enough, but glad I didn't pay $10 at the theater for it.

I skipped this one in the theatres since my gf and I aren't big on Romantic Comedys.

My manager lent me his copy a few weeks back and I liked it so much I bought it a few days later.

Some of my favorite scenes were with the newly weds and when Jason Segel's character was crying in his hotel room and gets the noise complaints.

He's like theres a woman crying on the top floor above me. and shes like your on the top floor. and he's like i'll try to be quiet.

"...and if I see van helsing I swear to the lord I will SLAY him, AHAHAha!"

Loved this film.

I know I'm late to the party, but I had to revive this sucker. I saw this movie last year a few days after its release. I thought it was ok, nothing spectacular. Fast forward a year - I catch it one night on HBO and have watched it at least 10 times since. The main characters are obviously great, but I love the supporting cast as well. I catch myself watching scenes with Rudd and the married couple over and over again.

"We're trying to ****, but we're not having fun ****ing! It's like I'm stabbing her private parts."

:hehe:

Great, great flick, me and the GF loved it. It went from rental to purchase in a day.

I think they started filming the spin-off about Russell Brand's character

so Jonah Hill isn't the same character from FSM?
