Why is Broyles alive from the alternate universe?

Obviously, Peter's not existing to them changed how things turned out.

Right, but I mean, is there any specific reason behind it?

I think once Peter created the stable bridge between the two realities he erased himself from ever existing, so everything from the beginning of the series to now is playing out as it would without him influencing anything.

So the reason why the two realities connected in the first place has nothing to do with Walt wanting to save Peter and everything consequence from that action alone is different. Which includes alt-Broyles sacrificing himself to help Olivia. That played out in a totally different way which led to him not dying. Hell maybe he wasnt even involved in having Olivia return to her world and alt-Olivia returning to hers.

Well, in theory, aren't there several astrophysicists that subscribe to this theory, that there is an alternate, or parallel universe for every possible outcome or variability?

Well duh! It only took you 2000 years. You should watch more Ancient Aliens on the History channel to keep up with the latest and greatest info.

Ancient Aliens is a great comedy show on History. Check it out but be prepared to laugh heartily. Just for the record I do try and keep an open mind but some of the leaps in logic on the show are as incredible as the leaps of logic on Fringe, except with ugly people.

Oh, I do this all the time... I don't have time to watch a lot of TV, especially with new shows, and I like to start from the beginning and work my way up to speed. Sometimes I just have to find the time to start watching a show when I can..

Well duh! It only took you 2000 years. You should watch more Ancient Aliens on the History channel to keep up with the latest and greatest info.

Ancient Aliens is a great comedy show on History. Check it out but be prepared to laugh heartily. Just for the record I do try and keep an open mind but some of the leaps in logic on the show are as incredible as the leaps of logic on Fringe, except with ugly people.

Ancient Aliens is a good show...I'm tired of people trying to discount it on the basis that one of the producers of the show has bad hair...C'mon, seriously? That doesn't seem to really help your opinions all too well when dealing with the actual subject matter discussed on the show itself..

Firstly, I never mentioned or even knew that the guy with the shocking hair was the producer nor do I care. I discount the series purely on the basis of false or ill-conceived premises based on misinterpreted data, leading to absurd conclusions.

If there is a thread for Ancient Aliens I would love to discuss the show there rather than bog down this thread.

I believe the theory is all 'possible' Universes. I don't think that is possible.

Yeah and for all we know they have attacked us but the government stopped them just in time to prevent armegedon but is keeping it all under raps.
