I hope that scene with the thugs talking about the Joker like he is some kind of monster, not even human, Gotham's real Bogeyman, is in the film like it's been rumoured.
They could be talking about Batman as well, which is also why it's cool because the Joker is Batman' s flip side. Two urban legends who become very real once they come after you.
I also hope the mob hires the "Midnight Clown" and it backfires on them like it has also been reported.

Doesn't this occur in the sides? The thugs are talking about the bank robbery, and they say: "Don't forget the guy who planned the job. Some say he ain't even human." They are referring to one of the guys who are in on the bank robbery; the guy on the roof. They are most definitely talking about joker. I would love that approach, treating the joker like some sort of ghost, the boogey man.
