Can anyone explain something for me?
Hulk says that it’s impossible to use the time stone to go back and bring Natasha into the future because of how she died, yet Gamora died in the exact same way and she managed to travel through time from the past and still live? How is this?

I guess the way I see it, Gamora was brought back by accident. That timeline (the one without Thanos/Nebula/Gamora/The Black Order) is FUBAR. There's nothing that can be done about how different that one is going to be from the core MCU.

But the Avengers can't willingly just go take Natasha from another timeline's Avengers. As if they'd even allow that.

Another thing you could consider, is that every timeline that exists after EG needs Natasha to make that sacrifice play on Vormir. Gamora on the other hand, isn't as vital to her timeline as Nat was in saving several hundred trillion lives.

Gamora didn't travel through time so much as alternate timelines. (When Thanos discovered 2023 Nebula an alternate time line was created b/c his knowledge and plans changed.)

They could have done the same for Nat. Snatched her anytime before Vorimir but as said that would have created an alternate timeline where Nat didn't sacrifice herself and they didn't get the stone and stop Thanos.

Bruce would have to search already created alternate timelines and alternate universes for a Nat not needed or who survived Vorimir but then if she already existed in another timeline and survived she'd probably want to remain existing in that timeline. She also wouldn't be their Nat even if she was unhappy.
