The creative team "Hell on Wheels" was then announced as Rob Williams and Matt Clark, though the series will actually be called "Ghost Rider" and launch with a 0.1 issue in June.

We've waited long enough. Time for some GR action!

With a movie in Febuary there were going to want a new title and with Fear itself to tie into Marvel saw dollar signs.I ain't complaining though I love GR and Rob Williams Shadowland one shot was pretty good.

With such a supernatural setting for the 'Fear' event, it's only natural that the SOV have some role in it. Does anybody have some of the recent GR cameos in Heroes for Hire and the Fantastic Four, are they worth picking up?

The HFH issues was fine, but this is the first I heard of him being in FF.

Sorry, I got my FF's mixed up. By FF, I guess they meant the issue of Amazing Spiderman #660 featuring the Future Foundation on the cover. It's actually the 3rd part of the Ghost Rider / Spiderman team-up which is included in that issue. On a side note, he is also featured in Age of X Universe:

They're releasing that team up with Spidey in a 1 shot coming out in June as well, so you can save yourself 12 bucks and buy the 1 shot for 3.

So anyone know if this new series going to be following Blaze or Ketch?

And if only one, what of the other? So far, outside of Wolverine Goes to Hell, the Ghost Rider appearances have all been Blaze. And that's only because Wolverine is being written by Aaron.

Ketch was in the Deadpool team up issue. But I've not been keeping up with random showing ups of the Riders. It would be nice to have two books, one with each. Maybe having one tackle big massive stuff and the other be more small time street level stuff. Actually I take that back, my wallet couldn't handle it.

It's Blaze in the new series. Ketch and Sarah will both appear later in the story according to Williams.

I'm happy for a new ongoing for GR, but wait a sec... does this mean a new origin sequence? I kinda saw in an interview with Williams he did say something about a new storyline or something.

Just how many times does the Rider's origin have to be rehashed? To be completely honest, I think it kinda demeans the character.

I believe by new storyline he meant new story arc, not a new origin.

This apparently popped up during a Quesada announcement at WonderCon.

"Marvel flashed quickly images which read "Vengeance" with various characters standing next to the word. Quesada played coy about the teasers, often pretending they were left in the slide show by accident."

Man I hope this comes soon. I liked the last series and was really annoyed when it ended :csad:

Wow, it's been a while since I visited this thread, it's awesome that it's still going! I had to take some time off from running Vengeance Unbound due to health problems, but I'm back now and the site has been updating like crazy the last month. I just posted a interview with Ghost Rider artist Don Perlin, with more interviews with Len Kaminski (Ghost Rider 2099 writer) and Gary Friedrich (Ghost Rider's creator!) coming later this month.

So, yeah, http://ghostrider.omegacen.com.

Ketch also appeared in Doctor Voodoo: Avenger of the Supernatural # 4 and 5 (and the Deadpool Team-Up issue that Lord Valumart mentioned). Concerning the Wolverine issues, I've only managed to find issues 2, 5, and 6. Do the Ghost Riders show up in #s 3, 4, and 7?

Man I haven't seen Kubert's art on GR in ages. I wish he'd draw one monthly for old times sake.

Can't wait to see those interviews, your site is still the best GR site on the net.
