My house is roughly 26 feet, all told. 24 is that big considering they start off the size of my finger.

It's named a Giant Squid, but the article explains it's a female that's not fully grown. The adults probably know to stay away from anything close to the surface. Who knows how big this one would have gotten if we hadn't killed it?

I know, I saw a really interesting special on it, the scars were pretty gnarly. But if I remember correctly, the whales go down to the squids, the squids don't come up to them.
