So, since Andy Serkis did all of the motion capture for the Big G in this movie can we technically say he is the newest guy to portray the King Of Monsters?

P.S.S. Oh lol, I just remembered this but I caved and wore my Godzilla 1954 T-shirt to the store today and a little kid passing by with their mom was saying Godzilla was a kitty cat. I'm thinking, yeah kid, it's a kitty cat, a several story high radiation spewing, city destroying kitty cat.

Sums up the Big G quite nicely. However, Raymond Burr's monologue at the end of Godzilla 1985 is the perfect summary of the whole purpose of Godzilla. You want to know what Godzilla is about, just look up that speech.
