Leave Goji alone!!! :waa:

Disgusting. I love how unique the MUTO's are. Upon closer inspection they look like failed versions of Godzilla.

WTF is that? :wow:
Sickening isn't it? I love it. :hrt:

I don't like how USA portray Godzilla. Godzilla is a good man and kind man. Why can't Americans see this?
I'm making this my quote. :lmao:

Damn MUTO's and humans bothering Goji. Can't wait to see him take some names.

I wonder if they are going to show the atomic breath. Honestly, I would be fine with just seeing his spines light up. I'm sure he will look amazing like that.

During the pre release tour for the GINO film, Broderick was on Conan's Late Nite show, and he talked about Godzilla's Japanese fans. He talked about asking a Japanese guy why he loved Godzilla so much. His answer? "I like Godzilla because he is a good man... He is a bad man." :word:

Should any of us be concerned about the the number of likes the Godzilla facebook page has?

It's lower than any of the other May tentpoles.

Eh whatever. I'm done worrying about numbers.

The movie is made and if it's good (which it very much looks like it) word of mouth will take care of a property so well known. So even if some people are apprehensive or don't know about it, WOM will be strong enough to get the gears rolling.

Reluctant hero must defeat his enemies! He has no shoes!

Um....those tentpoles are sequels. It has more likes than Pacific Rim did before it got release and that is all that matters. :oldrazz:

I don't see any reason to, some people still don't know about GODZILLA, while others do know about it and are excited for it, but aren't going to make their way in liking a facebook page about it.

Once TV spots start rolling on the air, I wouldn't worry.

^Your insight is very much appreciated guys, thanks!

Cranston is going to be all over promoting this thing. Even when he's been on shows lately promoting his play about President Johnson he's managed to work in a G-zilla shout out. Imagine when it's time to ACTUALLY promote the movie?

They've done a great job so far of selling the human element on the shoulders of Bryan Cranston and his character Joe Brody.

The extended look just put out makes me actually look forward to the human element as something I'll actually be into instead of just merely tolerate.

Just for fun, you guys are gonna love this:

That movie didn't have dorsal fins above the water in raining daylight coming toward a random person(s).

I honestly doubt its a purposeful "reference" to anything. Its just one possible option thats open to you when you have a giant amphibious monster with dorsal spikes. Some ideas are likely to recur.

Have facebook likes really been shown to correlate to any real measure of success?
