Godzilla looks really pissed off in every shot of him so far, like he's just always mad as hell at the human race. Not like he doesn't have a right to be.

I'm still in awe of how huge he is.

After those new images and the latest trailer, even my hype is getting hyped!

The new trailer is my favourite of the lot with the strong human element. Focusing on Bryan Cranston (and him acting the hell out of it) was a great idea.

Digging the look of Zilla and the Mutos. As much I love Pacific Rim, the monsters here look and feel more menacing.

The one shot I can't get over is his foot landing by the airport terminal.

And Bryan Cranston, what an incredible performance. That man is a stellar actor.

I don't like how USA portray Godzilla. Godzilla is a good man and kind man. Why can't Americans see this?

I wish this movie had a better release date to make a killing.

It'll be competing with Amazing Spiderman, Neighbors, X-men, Maleficent, A million ways to die in the west, Edge of tomorrow, 22 Jump Street, and How to train your dragon 2 in its first month. That's tough

He wont be protrayed as a villain. He'll be mad, threatening and unstoppable, but he will save us at the end of the day. He will be the hero, don't worrry.

I need to see this movie now. I MUST KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO BOOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This thread will not get any better than this post.

Yes. The movie is sure to be a big hit with audiences, too.

I'd like to see an edit of NextNolan's avatar. A microphone in front of Zilla, singing like a tenor. Bane would say "what a lovely, lovely voice." :oldrazz:

Well, he's not our hero. Us being saved because he takes out a threat bigger than himself is just a hollow perk. In Gareth's words, he's the punishment we deserve, the wrath of nature that keeps order. Godzilla will take out the bigger disruption of order (Other kaiju), but he'll still rid of us once the bigger disruption is out of the way.(Should we make another imbalance)

He's not good, nor evil, just as much as he's not a hero nor villain. He's the lesser of two evils. One that will set things right, but not one that will save or protect us.

If he want a real hero Godzilla, check back to the 70's!

If they're going to use the nuclear metaphor, they might as well make him the double-edged sword nukes are in real life. They stop World War III from starting, but if they are ever used, it's game over.

Its not just how huge he is, but the way he is being shot. This is the director of monsters we are dealing with here. from what I can see he picks the choreography so that the monsters are never fully shown and we never see him from anything other that a normal persons perspective. as it would happen in real life.
