Gotham Gotham Season 4 Episode 9-"Let Them Eat Pie"

Which has happened in the books.

I really don't like this use of Lucius because of how forced it feels, because while it is clear they want to use him, they aren't using Wayne Enterprises so they have to fit him in a spot that doesn't line up with his previous job and displays of knowledge as a tech guy; by placing him as the medical examiner/csi.

Well, Pyg was certainly wild. I actually thought the kid was gonna die.

Bruce needs his ass beat.

The Pyg fight reminded me of his boss encounter in Arkham Knight so much. It was really nice.

Yup. It's weird how both him and Lee have strong relationships to Bruce usually, yet they barely share any scenes with him. At least Lucius made Bruce's suit. I thought we'd get somewhere with Lee's clinic, but it looks like they're making her a mob boss in control of the Narrows, and I just find that boring.

Exactly, instead of using him randomly as a CSI type a much more fitting use of him would have been as of Bruce's teachers, so that when he is an adult after years of being taught by Lucius he'd be the polymath genius we know he is capable of being.

That sounds really boring. While being a CSI isn't exactly all that exciting, it does give Lucius a more meaningful role in the stories and even affords him the opportunity to get out in the field once in a while.
And with Ed and Lee off being crazy, someone needs to be the CSI now, so might as well give Chris Chalk some work rather than hiring someone else or just ignoring the need for a CSI.

Except it makes no sense with his previously established skill set, and being a csi is not just something you can just up and decide to do on a whim, you need specialized training that takes years of schooling to learn. It's the same level of contrived stupidity that they did with Lee, just randomly taking someone who was trained to work with the living and decided she suddenly had an adequate level of knowledge to be a police mortician. It would also be plenty interesting for Lucius as he'd be intimately involved with Bruce's shenanigans as his teacher and technical support/engineer.

She would get it.

It just dawned on me that Pyg forcing people to eat human pies connects with his pig theme. The animal that human meat is reported to taste the most like is pig.

I hope they conducted experiments on human flesh and pork (regarding texture, protein types, etc.) to conclude so, NOT eating human meat themselves and comparing it with other types of meat [shudder]

And Pyg killed two more people! Man, he has one of the biggest killing sprees oh the show!
He really does. How many bodies went into just those pies at the dinner table!
