What are some of the fight scenes ins this movie, How many times does Ghost Rider fight Blackheart and when he does is , where and how long do you guys estimate it to be from reports you might have heard.

So what are some of the fight scenes in this movie????

hey freeze...Hi, new to this side of the hype...I never read a marvel comic all the way through in my life, but I know all the characters by heart from the marvel cards I collected religiously as a kid, even the ****ty ones like speedball. Blackheart looks so evil and nasty, I can't wait to see how he matches up against ghost rider. So hell yeah...Give us the goods... what's going on?

there must be at least two fight scenes with blackheart.i really wanna see mephisto.i believe the peter fonda actually looks like him...

I suspect that GR fights with a bunch of bikers, and also guys in leather gear (judging from a casting call for extras and what they wanted people to wear in the scene).
As for the supernatural fights? I hope we have a fist-to-fist between Nick and Peter. Oh baby!

Well, he's going to have a ruck with Wallow, probably underwater for at least some of it. He saves the goth chick, presumably after his first transformation. I hope Blaze loses control and turns into GR in the jail cell scene, so there might be some fisticuffs there. Then you've got to have a showdown with Blackheart and (possibly) Mephisto.

That's all I know. Boy, is this going to rock!!

I just hope it's not like Blade and everybody knows martial arts, I think GR should fight old school, bare knuckles (no pun intended), with a few nasty shots with the spikes.

I seriously doubt that....MSJ would literally want to sabotage the film if that was the case. he knows a lot is riding on this film.....a kung fu GR would be just...well...goofy and probably kill alot of support from fans.
spiked fist shots are a must though....

Yeah man nothing to much, yeah i dont see you on this board often.Yeah i have not read to many Gr comics just one or two
I have yet to see even a drawing of what Blackheart look''s like hell i have not even seen what he looks like in the comics!

But yeah i agree with who ever said they dont want Martial Arts i agree, i wanna see just old school ass kicking, whether it is using blunt objects, throwing each other threw wallls, tackling threw walls, punching whatever. iam tired of Martial Arts i just want good old ass whooping!

You know Mr Freeze, a scene like the famous Indiana Jones swordman one would fit well in the humour of the movie.. maybe one of the demons knows Martial Arts, and starts to do katas in front of GR, then gets his ass whopped by spiked punches...ouch:D

The fights in Raiders were and still are superb. Stuff yer namby pamby martial arts ballets and wire-fu (sooooooo dated now). Bring back believable boncrunching bouts of fisticuffs!

I was lucky enough to catch it in the cinema last year. Truly one of the greatest films of all time. And Indy's definitely the greatest screen hero.

:D

What I most want to see, with regards to fight scenes, is not only Ghost Rider kickin' some serious ass (street fighting style) but also getting his ass kicked. I want him to be beaten down a few times only to get back up and keep kickin' ass. They should portray the fact that you can do whatever you want to this guy but everything is futile. He will get his vengeance. Throw him though a wall, drop a building on him, shoot him with all you got but never stop him.

See that is what iam talking about

He needs to be the type of fighter that he may not be the strongest and quickest but he gets back up every time and fights back no matter who

Kinda of like Wolverine in a sense if you catch me drift

Iam so pumped for this movie.....

I agree. One of the defining characteristics of a hero is that he won't give up in the face of adversity and no matter how badly he's beaten, he'll keep on fighting. Indy and John McClane are two of my favourite characters for that very reason. They always wind up looking like hell at the end of the film! It's hard to root for an invulnerable hero. So, yeah, I want to see both Johnny and Ghost Rider get the crap kicked out of them. That way, when they win in the end, I'll be cheering for them.

I think of it more like a zombie, a golem, a..terminator.

Yeah, definitely Terminator. The Terminator's the closest thing I've ever seen to Ghost Rider on screen, not just in terms of the look, but his single-minded nature and unstoppable power.

Well, now that you mention it, MSJ did mention GR would be like the Terminator in a number of ways.
First of all, his look. Broad shoulders and a big build.
Black leather.
No mention of his fighting style though... Though, being a stunt cyclist working with a travelling circus, it wouldn't make much sense for him to be throwing kung-fu moves out there now would it?
That being written, it'd make more sense that Johnny and GR are more of a fist-a-cuffs kind of characters.

Exactly, he's not freaking Batman doing karate, hes more of a street brawler type

You ain't gonna see no ninja action from this boy... unless it's him kickin' some Ninja ass.

I'm not sure how much fighting Johnny is actually going to do though. IT might be neat to have him do some fighting but I'd say most of it will be done with Ghost Rider.

So lets think of some fight scenes we would like to see as well as matchups

Though id try and bring some new discusiion to a board that deserves alot of attention becuase if its verynice and cool people in this board!Mad props to you guys

I dont know if you have see the X-Men Forums but there are some serious jerks in there who i will not mention

I can't think of anything for Ghost Rider fight scenes.

I wish he would be a killer. But no...It's PG-13. So I guess we'll have PG-13 fighting sequences in which a spiked biker with a flaming skull beat people up but does not kill them.

I mean, he Penance Stare their asses or kill them. That would have worked better then a PG-13 rating.

I like that he doesn't kill. It's honorable. Plus, letting somebody live the rest of thier lives feeling the pain they've inflicted on others is far worse than death.

As for fight scenes, I'm sure whatever they do, it'll be destructive. Ghost Rider is not the gracefull of fighters and I love that about him. What I really want to see him do at some point is take off his gloves (though, I'm not even sure if he wears gloves at any point. In the shots so far, notta) and pummel BlackHeart with his hellfire fists.

Also, I really hope they portray GR correctly, and not as an unstoppable juggernaught. He can be beaten down... he just can't be beaten. What I love about Ghost Rider most is that you can drop a house on him and he'll walk out of it. I wanna see him make mistakes, take falls, crash, rip his clothes, get his ass beat... just to see him stand, as if nothing happened and push forward, with one thing on his mind, vengeance.

Do you guys want Blackheart to be as the same strength s o it makes for alot cooler fights

Or should he be the tpye to have others do his dirty work

So havent read alot about Blackheart

but i liked Flamehead's idea for GR, he should be a brutal mother ****er@!

There's been lots of shots with him wearing gloves:confused:

Only one where he's not.

Even MSJ said it would be like that only for the first transformation.
