Seems like hell probably be a Blue Lantern if hes not a Red Lantern anymore.

Why cant he stay a Red Lantern btw?

Great episode. The action was very very good and the subplot with Aya and Razer was good to see.

Sooner or later he will give up his rage. Then his ring will leave him.

i would also think that he needs a red lantern battery to keep charging his ring? i don't recall, but does he have possession of that or do the red lanterns still possess the battery?

Another good episode,

I have a feeling he'll stay a red lantern, but will be a good lantern, and this will show the necessity of having the lanterns all working together? That there is purpose to all of them, thats the vibe I get this season anyways.

really dug this episode that "you have have more of soul than i ever had!" line"was awesome!Razer rocks! i love this show!

Agreed. That's what I thought his speech about his "righteous rage" meant. He'll still have it, but will have to control it and put it to more constructive and helpful use.

Who wants to take bets on which Corps Razer will end up joining?

he CAN'T be a Red Lantern forever. The ring should have left him a while ago...I expect it to do something of the sort soon.
Star Sapphire seems the most logical if they can't leave him a Red Lantern. His rage is a direct result of losing his great love, and the only thing that seems to soothe his rage now is his growing love for Aya. Dude's whole world is wrapped up in romance.

In my opinion ( in case anyone asked:cwink:)I think Razor will stay a Red.My boy is still full of anger.. just a different kind. plus it rounds out that group dynamics of the "hot headed kid thing!" if he doesnt stay a red. i see him becoming a green!
One thing about anger. it leaves you cynical and hope and love. i dont really see him becoming.

I loved the fact the one of the Manhunters scanned Aya and found real emotions. She truly is alive and not just some AI with a glitch.

Awesome episode !!

It was great to finally see Ganthet with Saint Walker and Brother Wrath, the GL series has developed nicely, It is just going to get even better with addition of Sinestro (and Ron Pearlman's giving him voice)

I like GL the animated series more then Young Justice.

The Manhunters being depowered after the worm ate it was puzzling, I admit. I thought the implication was that he digested it, therefore completely destroying it, but we saw it at the end. Maybe we'll get an explanation later on?

The Blue Lantern Power battery was not at its full power, and it super charged Hal Kilowog, Aya and four other Manhunters, so towards the end when the worm ate it the Blue Lantern battery was at it's mimimum power, just enough to power Saint Walker and Brother Wrath.

As soon as the Battery powered down the Manhunters were back to their original power levels.

Ganthet mentioned that it will take him months to recharge the main battery.

It certainly appeared that the battery reached a high (or maximum power?) power level after Ganthet said the oath and it sent out that wave of hope energy. Did he say something about depowering the battery just before/ after the worm "ate" it?

Just watched the episode. Righteous rage ftw.

I know this show is CG but does it feel a little limited to anyone else? I pictured there being tons of characters but it feels spars (but that could be because of the CG effecting the expense of the show.)

I guess that depends on your perspective. We've seen the Red Lanterns, Blue Lanterns, Star Sapphires, Manhunters, Anti-Monitor, Spider Guild, and a steampunk GL. That seems like a considerable amount of characters for 17 (so far) episodes.

I feel there are tons of characters...just not on the screen all at the same time.

Still waiting for Guy Gardners return!

i wish they would rereun the episode i didn't know about it until after it aired

So, exactly how did the the Blue Lanterns come to be again, or more directly who made St. Walker a Blue Lantern? Wasn't it a planet? Also when did Ganthet get kicked out of the guardians?

This is just the nature of CGI shows. Every single character model costs money, even just extras walking the streets. GL:TAS solves this problem by having the main core go to planets which are uninhabited (this is where the new TMNT2012 show runs into problems: they try to save money by not having random people walking around the streets, but it's supposed to be Manhattan :| ). When you think of all the characters this show has run into, it is a decent amount, we just don't see a lot of random extras here and there.

In a way your right about the cgi costing money but it's not really that. The amount of characters on screen is taxing on the CPU and increases the render times. Which does cost money because the CPU has to run for several more hours .

I agree with all. However, it does seem like there would be more characters in a given scene. Maybe because of the budget they use less characters/time to save money and use it where it counts.

Not sure what Jimmy Neutron's budget was, but they had more characters and details in their surroundings than this show, so does Star Wars.

I think Star Wars is the best animated show when it comes to overall scope and worlds brimming with life.

I don't read the comic, but it looks like its going Bi-monthly from March onwards.

The World’s Finest has confirmed the ongoing Green Lantern: The Animated Series comic title from DC Comics will now ship on a bi-monthly basis starting March 2013. The comic book is based on the acclaimed Cartoon Network animated series of the same name. The new publishing schedule for the title was confirmed by a member of the creative team for the comic series. Green Lantern: The Animated Serieswill keep its monthly schedule, releasing three more issues – including issue #10 this week – until March 2013 when it will then switch over. After that, the next new issue will hit shelves come May 2013.

Still baffles me that this sells less than the far superior Young Justice... yet manages to stay.

I doubt either will be around for much longer... so it makes little difference.
